New Zealand Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (European Regulations) - Level 5 (B1.1)

Location: Christchurch Campus


Format Classroom lectures supported with workshop and hangar based practical lessons, followed by 8 weeks of on job training with Air New Zealand Engineering and Maintenance. EASA license exams are conducted at the end of each module. 


Duration:46 training weeks delivered over 1 year.


Qualification:

New Zealand Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (European Regulations) - Level 5

EASA B1.1 Exam credits in subjects 1-10, 11,15 and 17 (if only attending the Diploma)

EASA Part 147 Approved Basic Training Course (if completing with the New Zealand Certificate in Aeronautical Engineering)
 


Pre Requisite:

International Students
(1) 18 years of age
(2) Placement Test
(3) English language level of IELTS 5.5, with no band lower than 5.0, or approved equivalent.
(4) New Zealand Certificate in Aeronautical Engineering (Pre-employment Skills)- Level 3, or National Certificate in Aeronautical Engineering (Related Technology) - Level 3, or approved equivalent aircraft maintenance course.
